Stevie Ray is a young male first identified at the Kona Surf on the night of October 21, 1996 when he was small and shy. He has been sighted several times at the northern Kona Manta Ray Night Dive site at Ho’ona Bay since August 1999. He is much more comfortable with divers and interacts with them freely. He’s approximately 7’ across.
