Vinny Ray is a small male manta first spotted at Garden Eel Cove. He is about 5-6 feet, has little claspers, and was shy at first, but got quite close to our lights when we left the circle. He is named after our always enthusiastic, local Manta Ray Night Dive Captain and Dive Guide, Mike Vines.
