Janelle Ray is a large beautiful female about 12’ across. She was first identified Aug. 23, 1999 at the northern Kona Manta Ray Night Dive Site at Ho’ona Bay/Garden Eels. She is named after Janelle Laros, daughter of Keller and Wendy, born in July 1999.
