Barry Fackler spotted this manta ray while diving at Two Step at 9:30 AM in 30’ of water on June 11, 2004 at Honaunau. She was estimated to be 10-12’ across at that time. She is named after Betty and Barry’s daughter, Trina Lee, whose love of Mantas brought them to Kona.
